Vulcan Multimedia provides on-board services for IFE equipment
installed on various commercial aircrafts. Working under
Rockwell Collins Inc. Manila represented by AVNET Inc.
with a network of over 500 service personnel at service
bases throughout the world, Vulcan Multimedia provides
world-class technical customer support.
Vulcan Multimedia prides itself of having a networked business
system that tracks every repair, upgrade and service bulletin
so that you always have access to the most up-to-date information
via ADSL. The Rockwell Collins IFE System Maintenance Control
Center, located in Pomona, California, provides 24-hour
service to all Rockwell Collins in-flight entertainment
system customers. Our services range from fulfilling requests
for engineering assistance to providing sales-order status
updates. The Maintenance Control Center also offers complete,
"turn-key" maintenance and logistics support to all customers
under a Rockwell Collins IFE System Service Contract.
Vulcan Multimedia IFE Technicians are licensed by the FAA
and/or the JAA. We handle Avionic Systems like BoeingŐs
ACCESS Systems, Hughes Avicom Apax 140,Apax 150i, Sonytranscom
Overhead Video Systems, Rockwell CollinŐs TES & AVOD Systems,
Matsushita 3000 & 3000i. Our Customers over the years like
Philippines Airlines and Northwest Airlines has already
experienced our service and our strong commitment in providing
them safe and efficient on-board IFE service. Being the
